Alan Mathison Turing was a mathematics genius who, amongst many things, invented the theory that led to the modern computer, and was one of the leading code breakers at Bletchly Park which, during World War Two, broke the German Enigma code.

He famously was found dead at the age of 41, in 1954, with a half eaten apple at the side of his bed (Apple still use this icon as their logo to this day) and investigators concluded that he had died, intentionally, from cyanide poisoning. His mother and a number of other supporters at the time disagreed with the verdict.

The helicopter had been hired by Thames Valley Police. It was on the ground only for 5 minutes, suggesting it was picking up or leaving something or somebody. The 2007+ Financial Meltdown

How could the authorities and regulators not see the great financial meltdown of 2007+ coming and not do something to stop it happening? They had numerous smaller runs before the big event, perhaps the best of which was the collapse of Long Term Capital Management which bet the wrong way on derivatives and had to be bailed out by other financial institutions in 1998 - because not doing so would possibly create a systematic risk of financial Armageddon.

Or was the conspiracy here that the financial sector was completely out of control, nobody was regulating them perhaps because nobody truly understood what they were doing, or what they were doing wasn't being regulated by anybody? And tax payers were the ultimate savior of the highly paid financial guys...

The protestor who broke into the court shouted the following:

"This man should be arrested for war crimes. JP Morgan paid him off for the Iraq War, 3 months after we invaded Iraq they held up the Iraq Bank for 20 billion he was then paid $6mn dollars every year and still is from JP Morgan 6 months after he left office. The man is a war criminal."

Tom Watson claims he was offered a deal by News International to stay away from Rebekah Brooks. Andy Coulson would be handed to the committee but Brooks was sacred, it is claimed.

Rebekah Brooks office in News International was bugged in June 2011 - cleaners were told not to disturb the microphones.

Members of the Select Committee of the House of Commons, who investigated the News International hacking, were intimidated by News International journalists. They did hesitate to interview Brooks because of this.
